E. Chidiac is an hotelier turned professional African wildlife photographer. Growing up in the Florida Keys, M. E. was fascinated by marine habitats, which stimulated a love of nature that would eventually get her out of the concrete office world and back into more natural surroundings.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eShe studied the culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, living in the city a number of years before moving first to Kuwait and then to Dubai, where she has resided for over twenty years. After falling in love with Africa on a safari in 1993, she took up professional wildlife photography.
