Unconsciously, Sarah developed coping skills that helped her psychologically escape from the turmoil of her environment. In her mid-thirties life became safe enough to begin a long process of uncovering the pain brought on by the previous years of abuse. As she healed and developed insights, she began to help others heal. As a successful life and career coach, Sarah has helped hundreds of people overcome their fears to live their best life.
