She lives in Claremont, California and is the mother of four adult children and eight grandchildren. Co-author, Teri Jourgensen is employed by the City of San Francisco as an Organizational Development Trainer and Facilitator. She has a Master's degree in public administration and is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator trainer. Nancy and Teri are a mother-daughter team.
