He has authored four 7.5-hour continuing education courses and three textbooks. He is the Past President of: the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors; the Metro-Long Island Chapter of NYSCAR; and the Long Island Commercial Network (LICN). He has served as a Director of the Long Island Board of Realtors and as an Officer and Director of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS). Currently, a Director of the New York State Association of Realtors, he serves on many of their committees including: Chairman of the Commercial Issues Committee; Legislative Steering; Education Management and was formaly the Statewide RPAC Chairman.
