This is one of my favorite sci-fi series. These are way less serious than the Expanse (Corey) series which I also like a lot -- just different. These are shorter and less engaged and a faster read -- less literary. Which is good when one wants that, the Expanse series is better literature and likely more enduring. This is comfort food. What happens to the Lilly and her crew is worth reading.
