Konrad is a Professor of Organizational Behavior and holder of the Corus Entertainment Chair in Women in Management at the Richard Ivey School of Business, U. of Western Ontario. Previously, she was Professor of Human Resource Administration at Temple University′s Fox School of Business and Management, where she taught for 15 years. She received her Ph.D. from the Claremont Graduate University in 1987 and held a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University from 1986 to 1988. \u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eProfessor Konrad was Chair of the \u003cb\u003eAcademy of Management′s\u003c\/b\u003e Gender and Diversity in Organizations Division in 1996-97 and President of the \u003cb\u003eEastern Academy of Management\u003c\/b\u003e in 1997-98. She is the 2003-07 Editor of Group and Organization Management, a ranked journal in the fields of management and applied psychology.
