An area of study will be to determine if the leadership endorses an egalitarian theology as this denomination has fewer female leaders than other denominations. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo address this problem, I first conducted biblical-theological research to identify female leaders in the Old and New Testaments serving in the same roles as men as the foundation for the project. Second, I conducted a literature review to investigate issues facing women in the context of secular and religious leadership roles. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eInformed by these research reviews, I used a qualitative methodology incorporating two valid data-collecting instruments: a survey with fifteen closed-ended questions and sixty- to ninety-minute interview sessions.
