She has been teaching courses and speaking on the politics of immigration policy for over 20 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRachel Navarre is Assistant Professor of political science at Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts. She received her PhD from the University of Texas at Austin in Government and specializes in the fields of comparative politics and public policy. After completing her degree, she was a post-doctoral fellow at the Center for Inter-American Policy at Tulane University in New Orleans. Her research focuses on comparative public policy, specifically issues of framing and issue definition; immigration policy and politics; regional governance; populism; and content analysis. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePete Mohanty is a data scientist at Google.
