About the Author
Kathy Braun served as a Karma Yogi for 12 years for the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres in New York, California, and the Bahamas and for Integral Yoga Satchidananda in Yogaville, Virginia, where she was inspired to write Krishner in New York. Her experience in the yoga world transformed her life. She has also written a prize winning children's book, works as a hypnotherapist, has taught acting in New York, has produced and hosted public interest TV series, created and directed theatre in the San Francisco Bay Area, and had a wonderful time being an auxiliary suburban mom for three children all of whom are now totally grown. She says that her best bragging rights come from having acted on stage with Meryl Streep in the New York Shakespeare Festival production of Measure for Measure.
