A former adjunct professor at York College in Queens, NY and a former Tour Guide for the Louis Armstrong House Museum where for six years Carolyn gave dynamic presentations and a wealth of educational information to thousands of Museum visitors from around the world about the Armstrong's legacy. The visitor's constant questions about Lucille is what motivated Carolyn to pen Mrs. Armstrong's story.
