5 Continents, 11 cities in 5 weeks: A gay man's trip of the world. Folsom, Thailand including Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Accra and Tema in Ghana, London, San Fransisco, Denver and Pueblo, Palm Springs and LA. This was my trip of a lifetime and I tried to cram as much as possible into a short space of time. It was a budget trip but I did not scrimp on what was important; shopping or visiting what gay bars and entertainment I could. Disneyland was a lifelong dream so when in LA it was a must. This is basically a travel book, but for the gay man in all of us men.

About the Author
Born in Guernsey Channel Islands, Phillip was educated at the Guernsey Grammar School for Boys and then immigrated with his family to Sydney Australia in 1965. Born into a working class family he always considers himself a working class man, and his writings reflect this as he writes for the common man. It is his working class background and love of the skinhead culture that has prompted him to write several skinhead books and has always considered himself a skinhead. In 1978 Phillip was involved in a serious car accident and spent 8 months in hospital and a rehabilitation hospital where he had to learn to work once again. On release from the rehabilitation hospital, he joined the Royal Australian Air Force as an adult apprentice motor mechanic and diesel fitter, and served 25 years in the military. He retired in 2002 and after managing a service station and garage repair facility in an indigenous community for 12 months roamed the country for a few years before settling in Cairns in Far North Queensland Australia. He divorced in 2005 and began writing in 2006 with his first book "A Trip to Hell" finished in 2006 but not published until 2009. He has now published over 26 books and other publications to date. Phil is now partnered to Peter and they are now looking to open and run a mechanical workshop together.
