About the Author
Emily Hunter Slingluff is a native Virginian, graduate of Sweet Briar College. After her marriage, she suffered several miscarriages and was afraid she would never be able to have a child. During that sad time, she started studying parenting, the actions of parents and the reactions from the children. She realized that the reactions were predictable.
