Batt Humphreys is a former network news executive. During 20 years with CBS he managed the coverage events that have shaped our lives over a quarter century including wars, elections, leading the coverage of the morning of 9/11 and occasional stories that warmed the human heart. In 2010 he turned to fiction with the release of his first novel, Dead Weight.
