Aging With Strength tells the inspiring stories of eight women in Hawai'i who have continued athletic pursuits well into their 50s, 60s, and even 90s. Whether they are surfing, paddling outrigger canoes, or doing ironman distance triathlons, they have not been deterred by age or other difficulties they have faced including losing a loved one.
