The first part of the book is devoted to the study of the golden section ("Section Divine") in the astrological birth charts ( in horoscopes ). The golden sections are, in particular, the universal code and driver of a development of the whole structured in nature. Golden sections in horoscopes show the directions and drivers of the development of character and fate of Nativ, be it a person, or country, or the history of mankind as a whole. The second part of the book is devoted to statistical and experimental proofs of correctness characteristics zodiac signs. By this part applies chapter "Solar activity is dependent on cycles of the planets" and "Star of Kings in the cards of monarchs of Russia and Europe" - in this chapter shows that the horoscopes of famous monarchs and presidents strongly ( statistically ) different from the "average " horoscopes "ordinary people," and, in turn, horoscopes Russian emperors statistically very different from the horoscopes of Western leaders.
