About the Author
Regina Varin-Mignano has been a New York State licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years and has worked extensively in the autism and health care fields in Queens, New York. She currently is an Instructor and Coordinator for Students with Disabilities within the City University of New York and has her PhD in Social Work from Adelphi University in Garden City, N.Y. She is happily married with two sons and resides in Long Island, N.Y.
