Plummer, Nancy Rugart: - Nancy is the founder of Becoming the Best U and a survivor of stage 4 ovarian cancer and metastatic brain cancer. As a wellness and relationship coach, author, and columnist, she helps men and women navigate life's challenges to become Upbeat, Unstoppable, and Unafraid through one-on-one coaching, group seminars, and as a guest speaker. She has been an award-winning documentary filmmaker, a PBS on-air personality, and earned her Masters of Education. She loves rock climbing, spending time with her grand- son, and going on bike rides with friends and family.Rugart, Robert: - Robert is the co-founder of Becoming the Best U. He left his job in finance to help write this book and inspire and empower caregivers based on his own experience caregiving for his mom, grandfather, and wife. During Nancy's cancer journey, Robert shared his gifts of playing piano and singing, making theirs the most popular floor in the hospital. He has sung professionally, directed an award-winning documentary, and earned his Masters of Chemical Engineering.
