Of all the biblical characters to colour the pages of the Bible none has quite portrayed the lifestyle and personality of the sort of person who attracts the presence of God like Joseph did. Through adversity and injustice he remained resolute in his convictions and grounded in his faith. Loved by his father but despised by his brothers, betrayed, psychologically abused, physically assaulted, trafficked across borders, sold into servitude, unjustly incarcerated, neglected and forgotten by those he showed kindness to, his story resonates with a diverse audience irrespective of race, nationality, culture, gender or age. It is a story that evokes sympathy but ultimately fuels hope in the light that lies at the end of every dark tunnel for those who trust in God. Many know the story but not many have heard it told through the eyes of the protagonist. In this version of the immensely popular and extremely motivational account of the life of Joseph, we get the rare opportunity to experience events through his eyes and hear the gripping account relayed in his voice. Written in the first person, the reader is transported into a historically accurate setting, and introduced afresh to characters and situations that seem familiar but are presented in more depth.

About the Author
Amaeze, Joseph: - Writing is my thing. I've been telling stories long before I first put pen to paper at age 12 and I'm still telling them. My passion almost cost me my profession. I would write during lectures and create some really satisfying prose at the expense of my grades. I had to painfully make a choice and writing took a back seat for a while so I could get that degree. And, then life got in the way, career, family, mortgage, children, common sense etc. You know the drill. But your gift never dies and neither does your passion; they might hibernate and you may find yourself in a life-imposed hiatus, but when the opportunity presents itself you'll pick up the reins again. It's like riding a bike. I've picked up the reins again and have no intention of letting go.
