He has been managing online interactive communities to generate and share career management insight for individuals who have a disability since 1997. In 1994, he received the Cooperative Spirit Award from the Cooperative Communicators Association (CCA), a national organization for professional communications employed by cooperatives, and the Cooperative Builder Award from the Wisconsin Federation of Cooperatives, a state-wide trade association.
