About the Author
Ginsburg, Tom: - Tom Ginsburg is the Leo Spitz Professor of Law and Political Science at the University of Chicago. He is the co-editor of The Endurance of National Constitutions (with Zachary Elkins and James Melton, 2009) which won the best book award from the Comparative Democratization Section of the American Political Science Association. His other books include Rule by Law: The Politics of Courts in Authoritarian Regimes (with Tamir Moustafa, 2008) and Judicial Review in New Democracies (2003), which won the American Political Science Association's C. Herman Pritchett Award for best book on law and courts.
