About the Author
Margot Lawrence was born in Zimbabwe, but lived in London for most of her adult life.She now lives in a village in Italy, getting as far away as she can from crap managers. Margot has worked mainly in the charity and public sectors, where her experience of managers has provided an abundance of material for this book. She has written two books on community development, as well as articles for the Guardian, Independent and Daily Telegraph.
