This book addresses a basic philosophy of preventive health. It highlights the Creator's design for a healthy long life through His design of cell cycles and the body's God-given ability to regenerate toward health. About the Author
JUDY A. GARCIA knows and understands being on the other side of a cancer diagnosis. She was diagnosed in 2003 with breast cancer. Her determination not to take the traditional road previously traveled by other cancer victims, which were members of her family and friends, led her to discover the reality of rebuilding her health. She pursued her education in natural health by attending the Trinity College of Natural Health and graduating from the program of Doctor of Naturopathy in 2006. This education continued to provide additional support for this different philosophy toward rebuilding health. She is the Founder of Health by Design and conducts seminars entitled Designed for Health where she teaches this concept to church groups, women's groups, and various organizations. She writes with the same conviction with which she speaks. She is passionate and determined to share the knowledge that has deep roots in the natural health community but has been hidden from the general public by the mainstream health care industry.
