About the Author
Michelle Locke Dip PA (dance), Dip Shiatsu, Dip Massage Therapy, Cert Chinese Herbs. Michelle is the creator and founder of Wu Tao Dance. A dancer with the Western Australian Ballet Company in the early 80's, Michelle went on to study natural medicine, specialising in Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine, after sustaining a serious back injury. Since its inception in 2001, Wu Tao has spread across Australia and NZ and is now taught to hundreds of people by licensed instructors. Michelle is an inspiring educator and dancer and is passionately committed to improving the physical and spiritual health of people everywhere. She is a mother of 2 daughters, and carer to her youngest who has Rett Syndrome. Michelle is always creating something for Wu Tao. She enjoys choreographing new dances, producing DVD's, and developing new innovative programs that support health and well-being through dance.
