What if you stepped in a pile of garbage only to find that it was part of a murder victim that shook the entire city?
What would you do if that victim followed you home?

Construction worker Gen slaves away to keep afloat, but after stepping in a bag of rot from the dumpster, he begins to find increasingly threatening things in the shadows. He soon learns that what he really stepped in was the victim of a murder in the tight-knit town. With the pleading of a ghost inviting him to investigate, the citizens become suspicious of Gen, who faces even more pressure to find the person responsible. Not only does he want to rid himself of a haunting, but also to clear his name.
A young and unlikely young woman with an overwhelming interest in ghosts joins them to navigate Gen's cold personality in a foreign place. In a lawless slum with increasingly worried residents, Gen teams up with an unassuming ghost hunter and the victim of the murder himself to find out what's really going on in the darkness.
