"When you do not think you deserve something more, you do not seek it out." Devastated by the loss of both his eyesight and his inheritance, Micah Lambert abandons his family and recreates himself as an accomplished entrepreneur. Yet despite his newfound success, he cannot seem to shake his feelings of resentment about his past and insecurity about the future. Aspiring preacher, Daniela Victor also knows what it feels like to be overlooked and disregarded. Her desire to save lost souls is often overshadowed by gender biases and violent childhood memories. When Micah and Daniela's paths cross, unexpected sparks lead them to hope for a love they never thought possible. However, to obtain their hearts' desires, they'll have to come face-to-face with their biggest fears. Will they continue to run from the pain of their pasts, or will they let go of their defenses and trust the One who has never forgotten them?
