About the Author
Melillo, Peter: - Peter A. Melillo was born in New Haven Connecticut, raised in Arizona and moved to New York City after earning his first graduate degree. In Arizona he grew-up working in bakeries, became a musician, published composer, and conductor. In New York he became a social worker with senior citizens, then homeless individuals, then abused children, then homeless families, and finally with people with AIDS. During much of that time he also maintained a commercial photography business and then a psychotherapy practice in New York City where he lives with his male spouse of more than two decades. In 2013, JMS Books published a volume of twelve gay war short stories For Man and Country, and then sixteen short stories on line as ebooks.
