About the Author
Frank P. Bleier is a consulting engineer who specializes in the aerodynamic design of air-moving equipment. He has done work for more than 130 manufacturers in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and has designed and tested over 800 fans of various types. Mr. Bleier was formerly the director of research and development for the IIg Electric Ventilating Company in Chicago.
