Anthony (PhD, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary; PhD, Claremont Graduate School) is research professor of Christian education at Talbot School of Theology, Biola University, where he taught full-time for twenty-seven years. He currently serves as the chief operations officer and chief finance officer at the Dream Centers of Colorado Springs.
