About the Author
Simon Western is currently director of Analytic-Network Coaching Ltd, he works strategically with CEOs and leadership teams in complex environments, such as banks and hospital eco-systems to implement whole-system changes.

Dr Eric-Jean Garcia is affiliate professor of Leadership at Sciences Po, Paris. He is also the President of the Espense consulting firm based in Paris and visiting professor at the SGPP of Jakarta.
