Gunnora's Dragons

Gunnora Silverhair, the Eldil princess of Carvaldor, escapes her castle after overhearing her father's plans to marry her off to Hugh the Horrible, a menacing local ogre. Seeking refuge in the Enchanted Forest, she finds solace with Hanna, an old wisewoman who continues teaching her the healing magic once taught by her late mother.

In the forest, Gunnora-now called Nory-heals Ragon, the Prince of Diamante. But when his uncle Vildor murders the king, Ragon is forced to return home, bound by duty to marry Princess Raksha. Vildor, however, has other plans, trapping Ragon within a giant ruby. Only dragon magic can free him. Now, Nory and her dragon companions must undertake a perilous quest to save Ragon, or he will remain imprisoned forever.
