About the Author
Marijke van de Water holds a B.Sc. in Clinical Nutrition and a Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Science. She has been in private practice for over twenty years as a gifted and widely respected healer. She started her early career counseling people in holistic clinical nutrition - nutrition has always been a major passion for Marijke as she observed that the results of many other health therapies were often stalled or limited by the adverse health effects of unidentified food intolerances and/or nutrient deficiencies. Conversely, there were also people whose nutritional programs were in order but their health still did not progress.
