About the Author
With two produced feature films (LIVE WIRE and SUPERCROSS), eleven television films (including the trilogy CHILDREN OF THE BRIDE, BABY OF THE BRIDE and MOTHER OF THE BRIDE for CBS, as well as ANYPLACE BUT HOME for the USA Network, and PERFECT LITTLE ANGELS for The Family Channel) and eight theatrical plays to his credit, as well as having worked on four television series (including the Courteney Cox starrer DIRT), Bart has been a professional writer for over 30 years. Residing in Ellisville, Missouri, with his family, HONEYMOON WITH HARRY is Bart's first novel. The movie rights were bought when the book was in galleys by New Line/Warner Brothers for a planned feature film. Bart is an avid sports nut who is a former competitive swimmer and body builder, who still trains in the gym five days a week and gets in the pool as often as he can. Also a former actor, Bart has worked in film, television and theater, as well as a member of various improv groups. Presently, Bart also teaches screenwriting at Webster University.
