Many witness statements were dismissed in favour of explanations that simply don't make sense when referring back to the only evidence - the testimony itself. This new book continues the author's look at aerial UFO encounters during the 1940s and 1950s - and the fevered attempts behind the scenes to explain the problem, and when that wasn't possible, to diminish its importance entirely.
