Lee's Faith & Fitness: The story of my journey to live a healthy life for God & family

I started an amazing weight loss journey 2.5 years ago. You see, I have lived 13 years with type 2 diabetes and have had several hospital stays with diabetes related complications 11 of the past 13 years. In 2017 I spent my last time in the hospital. It was then that I realized that something had to change before it was too late. So I started my journey. I weighed over 450 pounds, since then I have lost 200 pounds and look to lose more. This book is my journey and my life. It is my desire that this book makes a difference in someone else life.
