"I'm SO stressed out!" seems to be a common refrain among almost everyone you know. In today's environment, pressures are everywhere. Unfortunately, stress and anxiety go hand in hand. Anxiety is one of the main signs of stress. And 80 percent of all illnesses are caused, directly or indirectly, by stress.
Stress is more harmful than we previously realized.
