About the Author
PeterD is a professional CEO who has run successful private, public, venture capital backed, and private equity owned businesses. Peter studies what works and why and then packages lessons, methods, and principles to help others. He serves on boards and advises/coaches CEOs in the name of IntelliVen, the firm he founded and runs to help leaders, teams, and organizations get clear, aligned, and on track to reach their potential to perform and grow. He serves on the advisory board to the University of Massachusetts Commonwealth Honors College which he helped found. He is Adjunct Professor of Organization Analysis and Strategy for the MS OD program in the School of Management at The University of San Francisco and and at Golden Gate University. Peter was honored by the University of Massachusetts to be a Bateman Scholar in residence as well as by its College of Computer Science for outstanding achievement in management. Peter earned a BS in Computer Science, Economics and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
