About the Author
Dr. Arthur Boyer is a native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He immigrated to the United States, in 1991. Dr. Boyer received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, his Master's Degree in Public Administration from Hodges University, and his Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University. Dr. Boyer is the Director of Academic Affairs and a lecturer at Southwestern Vocational Training, and an English professor at Hodges University. He is also an organizational leadership and academic coach, a motivational speaker, a radio commentator, and a columnist who has published and presented extensively. The essence of his writings and speeches entail: education, community leadership, civic engagement, multiculturalism's intricacies and benefits in integrating and aligning it with organizational goals, resources, the practices, and the core values of multicultural environments. Dr. Boyer's inspiring American journey has taught him that multiculturalism is one of the most dominant challenges and opportunities that can shape fundamental reputation, business opportunities, and growth.
