The magical world of Woo Woo Junction is the home of Naughty Dogs (and one Puppy Cat) who live, work, and play in a place that people will never find. The story is humorously told by Labradoodle Kip, cub reporter of the "Waggin' Tales News!" who helps show us a glimpse of this secret world.

Every day begins with the singing of the Woo Woo Junction anthem song by Wrigley the bloodhound. After Wrigley's long "Wooooooo Wooooooo," we meet the other "pawsome" characters.There are no bad dogs. There are only Naughty Dogs. And they live in Woo Woo Junction.
