About the Author
Greg Justice is a best-selling author, speaker, and fitness entrepreneur and was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2017. He opened AYC Health & Fitness, Kansas City's original personal training center, in May 1986. Greg is the co-founder and CEO of the National Corporate Fitness Institute (NCFI), a certifying body for fitness professionals, and the co-founder of Scriptor Publishing Group. He has been actively involved in the fitness industry since the early 1980's as a club manager, owner, personal fitness trainer, and sports conditioning specialist at the collegiate and professional level. Greg writes articles for many publications and websites, is a featured columnist for Corporate Wellness magazine, and Personal Fitness Professional magazine. Greg holds a master's degree in HPER (exercise science) and a bachelor's degree in Health & Physical Education from Morehead State University, Morehead, KY. Art Still is a writer, speaker and CEO of Still 4 Life, an ecommerce business that believes in "paying it forward." He was born and raised in Camden, New Jersey where he graduated from Camden High School in 1974. Art was a four year starter at the University of Kentucky, where he was named SEC Player of the Year and Consensus All-American as a senior. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2015. In 1978, Art was the first round draft pick of the Kansas City Chiefs and played 12 seasons in the NFL with the Chiefs and Buffalo Bills. He was selected to four Pro-Bowls, was a two time MVP, and inducted into the Kansas City Chiefs Hall of Fame in 1997. In addition to a very active family life, Art has taken on various projects since he left the game, including charity work with several organizations. Still remains connected with football serving as one of the Kansas City Chiefs ambassadors. In that role he is frequently out and about in the community with other former players. "You get an opportunity to work in the community with a variety of charities and groups of people," said Still, who has been married to wife Liz since 1983. "We enjoy doing things that are positive and something that will be lasting in helping others. We do a lot of benefits and working with youths and their families."
