Hello to those who are currently reading this book. Firstly, I would like to say "thank you" for picking this book out of the bookshelf. Even though those bookshelves contain hundreds of books. But you've decided to pick it up. I would like to introduce myself and the reason why I wrote this book. I'm just an ordinary person like you and especially likes to eat, I am lucky to have a loving mother who loves to cook. My mother cooks very delicious food. Every time my mother goes into the kitchen, I'll be the observer and critics always, So I thought of collecting my mother's recipes. So that one day I can try to follow in my mother's footsteps, and I can feel that she will always be with me. As always, my mom and I get together in the kitchen.
All in all, this recipe book might be the first for me. It was born out of wanting to keep the days and memories of me and my mom. And I want to pass on these recipes to everyone. So that everyone can have good and warm memories with some of their loved ones as well.
