Ross decided to move to the Dominican Republic after visiting the country on various occasions and falling for the country, its culture, and the people. Ross's career is complemented by a LL.M. in International Business from American University Washington College of Law, a MBA in General Business Management from Washington State University College of Business and Economics, and a Juris of Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Utah Valley State College.
