About the Author
Tim Rahschulte, PhD, has held positions as the chief learning officer, chief content officer, and principle executive for a variety of for-profit and nonprofit organizations. He is currently a professor of business at George Fox University, lectures extensively at other universities and organizations, and is a principal consultant at Innovation InSites. Ryan Halley, PhD, is a professor of finance at George Fox University. He previously served as the chair of the department of business and economics. Halley is also a facilitator for Leadership Academy programs at CEB, a Gartner Company. Russ Martinelli has written numerous books on managing programs and projects, creating high-performance teams, and being an effective leader. He has held executive positions at Intel Corporation, Loral Space & Communications, and Lockheed Martin. Martinelli is currently the president and principal consultant at Innovation InSites.
