NRS Baseball: and the New Rules of the Game

This course covers what may be considered the most pertinent NRS 645 statutes and NAC 645 regulations. Also covered are bills that were considered in the 2019 Nevada Legislative Session pertaining to real estate practitioners. Prior disciplinary cases that went before the Commission are discussed to demonstrate how the laws resurface in every day practice. Finally a fun game of NRS Baseball is played asking questions designated as singles, doubles, triples, and homeruns which are relevant to Nevada real estate law.
