Omer Arbel is a Vancouver-based artist and designer, whose practice moves fluidly between the fields of design, architecture, sculpture, and invention. Focal themes of his work include investigation of intrinsic mechanical, physical, and chemical qualities of materials and exploration of light as a medium. Arbel's installation projects have been shown at Spazio Rossana Orlandi, Milan, Carwan Gallery, Athens, and Barbican and the V&A, London.
