About the Author
John M. Starino is an accomplished performance poet. He resides in Lexington, SC and is a member of Columbia Writers Alliance. As an emcee his Open Mic, Phoenix Tongue, enjoyed a strong three year run from 2005 through 2008 within Columbia, SC metro area. Much of his poetry deals with interpersonal relationships, whimsy and satire. His dedicated pieces find root within his care giving experience for his parents from 2001 to their demise in 2004.
