Born and raised in Oakland California, Fanita Pendleton relocated to Norfolk Virginia during her senior year in high school, and has called the magnificent city home ever since. Fanita began her career as a Juvenile Probation Officer and later worked in Adult Probation before taking a short break to pursue her love of teaching as a Criminal Justice Instructor.
