Opening the Mind's Window: Poems to Enlighten, Encourage, and Enjoy is Ron Hershberger's second book of poetry. Divided into six sections to provide continuity and allow for group study, readers will find the following collections: "Nature's Bounty," "Fun Times," "Living Faith," "Hearts Aglow," "Service Tributes," and "Real Life."

Hope and trust are embedded in the lines of "Living Faith." Enjoy "Nature's Bounty" with its gentle breeze carrying the sights, sounds, and smells of the environment. Through "Service Tributes" you will witness bits of history that will tug at your heart, instill pride, or make you smile.

Author Ron Hershberger presents an opportunity to open the mind's window. Each poem challenges the reader to reveal the message within. As with his first book of poetry, Reaching Back, Looking Forward, all profits generated from the sale of Opening the Mind's Window are donated to feed the hungry and homeless.
