About the Author
Santistevan, Bernadine: - Bernadine is an international award-winning writer and filmmaker who enjoys sharing stories inspired by her native New Mexican background. Paco and the Good Wolf is one of these stories, based on a journey with her dog of 20 years. She is also the creator of the animated film, Wolf Dog Tales, and of the Wolf Dog Workshop-K12 curriculum that uses storytelling to teach literacy. A regular presenter at K12 conferences, Bernadine is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Pennsylvania. She lives between New York City and New Mexico.The Artist, Igor: - Igor is an Emmy award-winning animator/designer and the animator and designer of the acclaimed animated film, Wolf Dog Tales. The sand art that Igor created for Paco and the Good Wolf is influenced by traditional uses of sand as an art form across the world. Igor has created animation techniques and projects that have been honored globally and shown at venues such as the World Economic Forum at Davos. Igor was classically trained at the Zagreb School of Animation and lives in New York City.
