About the Author
Riley Tincher is an All-American pitcher turned coach, author, and speaker. Riley is a mental conditioning coach. He has a master's degree in sport pedagogy with a specialty in sport psychology from Baylor University. He leads a mentorship program called Coachability, where he's available to serve, coach, and mentor athletes at every level (youth to professional). He created Coachability to provide a safe haven for athletes to go to, so they can talk with someone who has been through what they're going through. He also created it to teach athletes the principles to be successful in sports, and most importantly, in life after sports. It's the mentorship program Riley wishes existed when he was younger. Riley is a truly gifted speaker, and he has been called to travel all over the country to spread the message of "You are more... " His authentic, passionate, emotional, and engaging speeches have impacted countless leaders, coaches, and teams in sports, business, education, and churches.
