Joe has served in full time ministry for over 15 years. He has a passion to help people become all that they can be -- all that God made them to be! -- through knowing and understanding God, His Word and His purpose in designing each and every person. In 2011 he launched Overboard Ministries in an attempt to help people 'get out of the boat' with their lives. He and his wife Traci have been married since 1996 and have three beautiful children.
